Game day parties are already in full swing this season, so whip up a zesty hot onion and cheese dip for your guests to enjoy! Just a few simple ingredients and 30 minutes in the oven for a delicious dip that’s perfect for chilly fall days

Ingredients:
3 packages of cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 large sweet onion, finely chopped
2 stalks of green onion, finely chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp coarsely ground sea salt
½ tsp freshly ground pepper
Toasted baguette slices or crackers
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (218 degrees C).
(1.) In a large bowl, whip together cream cheese and mayonnaise with an electric mixer until blended. (2.) Add Parmesan cheese, onion, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Beat until well mixed, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed. (3.) Spoon mixture into a 1 quart baking dish and smooth the top. (4.) Place in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes or until edges and top lightly brown.
Serve with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
