Sweet and Spicy Mango Avocado Salsa
This fresh salsa is juicy, sweet, and packing a kick! The best part is that it doesn’t even require a food processor to make!
…..
Ingredients:
1 mango – peeled, pit removed, and diced
1 habanero pepper – seeded, rinsed, and finely chopped (substitute habanero with a jalapeño pepper for a milder taste.)
1 avocado – peeled, pitted, and diced
¼ red onion – finely chopped
2/3 cup of pineapple – diced (about 4-5 pineapple chunks)
Juice from one lime
Dice up all ingredients and place into a medium sized bowl. Squirt lime juice over diced avocados to help keep the green coloring.
Don’t forget to take the seeds out of your habanero and rinse under cold water. Also remember to wear latex gloves or your fingertips will be burning the rest of the day!
Slowly stir together until all ingredients are mixed.
Serve right away or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
It’s also delicious on top of chicken!
Enjoy!

Will this keep over night and still be good the next day?
