Happy Earth Day everyone! Each day we all try to be a bit more conscious about our impact on this planet. We bike to work, recycle, re-use bottles, etc. I thought I would RECYCLE a few of my favorite posts using every part of a Sailor Jerry Rum bottle to show you that ‘going green’ can be creative and fun!
#1 Remove the label and display that beautiful pin-up as artwork! You can Mod Podge the label onto canvas or do an image transfer like I did in this tutorial here!
#2 Use the entire bottle as a memory jar! Start it on New Year’s Eve or right now and fill your bottle with amazing memories throughout the year. On the following New Year’s Eve or anniversary, read the memories you made that previous year! See more here..
#3 Does the Jerry lover in your life have a birthday coming up? Create a one-of-a-kind gift tag using the Sailor Jerry bottle label pin-ups! See more here..
Don’t forget about the lids!
#4 Turn the bottle lid into a necklace pendant..
#5 Or a hair-clip!
#6 Make a cocktail or some boozy baked goods and use the lid as a garnish stick or cake topper!
