My 2nd most popular post is my CREATE project, where I showed you six different things to do with cardboard letters. Well here’s one more simple and quick thing you can do for the holidays with cardboard letters!
…..
Supplies:
Cardboard letter(s), shown here is 8” tall but they have 12” and taller at most craft stores
Craft knife or box cutters
String of Christmas lights
Large nail or tack
Step 1: Using your craft knife or box cutters, cut the back of the letter off.
Step 2: Puncture holes all over the letter with a nail or tack.
Step 3: Push the Christmas lights through the holes.
And you’re done!
You can also use acrylic paints or spray paint to cover your letter before putting the lights through. Use one letter as a monogram or multiple to spell out a word!
