Around Easter you start to see an abundance of carrot cake recipes, eggs, and all things bunny related, so I thought I would stay in theme with a fresh carrot and ginger juice! It’s sweet with a hint of spice from the ginger and it leaves you feeling refreshed and energized! Skip the carrot cake muffin for breakfast (even though they’re addicting and delicious) and try this fresh juice instead!

Ingredients:
3-4 large carrots, peeled and ends removed
1 honey crisp apple, cored and cut into chunks
1 inch piece of fresh ginger root
….
Juice all ingredients into an ice filled glass.
Stir and serve! Simple as that!
