With Halloween just a week away I couldn’t resist putting together another spooky cocktail using the Blackberry Infused Vodka I made last week. A little bit sweet and a little bit tart, this bubbly and blood red concoction is perfect for sipping graveside or making a big batch for your upcoming Halloween party!
(makes 2 drinks)
Ingredients:
3oz Blackberry Infused Vodka, chilled – learn how to make your own here!
Juice from half a lemon
Champagne, chilled
Fresh blackberries for garnish
Garnish sticks made by Amber of Gypsies Crafts & Treats!
In a cocktail shaker or large glass, combine vodka and lemon juice. Give it a few good shakes or stir and pour into two champagne flutes.
Top off with champagne, garnish, and serve.
