Lately we’ve been on a bit of a yogurt kick and I’m finding other uses for it besides my morning breakfast. I’ve always been a sour cream person when it comes to burrito toppings, but I thought I’d give a yogurt sauce a try to change things up. What I discovered was that I had been missing out on some serious flavor! This creamy tangy sauce added the perfect zip to some breakfast burritos I cooked up recently and I’ve since tried it on chicken, pork, and seafood. It’s also pretty good by itself as a dip! It takes less than 5 minutes to put together and will elevate the flavor on any dish you try it with!

1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
Juice from 1/2 a lime

In a small bowl mash together all ingredients until smooth. You can also toss everything into a food processor and puree until smooth.
